ALL DEPOSITS/PART INSTALMENTS FOR ANY OF KAYLIE SIMMONE'S SERVICES ARE FULLY REFUNDABLE WITHIN A 48 HOUR PERIOD FOR ANY REASON OR NO REASON. THIS 48 HOUR PERIOD COMMENCES AT THE TIME OF THE PAYMENT, AND REQUESTS FOR A REFUND MUST BE GIVEN VIA EMAIL TO SUPPORT@KAYLIESIMMONE.COM DURING THIS PERIOD. AFTER THE 48 HOUR PERIOD HAS PASSED, YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND. YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRITY.

If you are an existing client, please refer to your Agreement for details on payments, card details, and refunds.


IF YOU ARE A GUEST ON ANY OF KAYLIE SIMMONE'S CONTENT (PODCAST / YOUTUBE / INTERVIEW AND ANYTHING AND ALL THINGS ALIKE)

All content is owned by Kaylie Simmone. As a guest on the showS you have no ownership rights to the content produced. You are not permitted to use, share, edit or pass off without the permission of Kaylie Simmone. By agreeing to be a guest on the show you agree wholly to these terms and waive your right completely to any royalties, monetary compensation, or any other form of compensation for the content.

As a guest on the show you agree that you are wholly responsible for the content you provide, and in doing so you agree that you have the full rights to disclose the information you share. Kaylie Simmone is not liable for any repercussions that should arise as a result of false information you provide including defamation and legal costs.
